Doula Support

  • Initial Consult (30-60 min): An initial phone call to discuss your birth preferences, answer any questions you might have, discuss package options and familiarize ourselves with one another.

  • Phone/Text Availability: From the moment you sign your contract through delivery, I am available for any questions or concerns you might have. Before I am on call, I answer as soon as possible during business hours. At on call window, I am available 24/7.

  • Prental visits (3-4): in-person or virtual, these visits are to use for your needs. We can discuss birth preferences, discuss day of labor plan, or even just walk and talk. You get to decide how to use these.

  • Continuous labor support:  On-call 24/7 starting at 38 weeks. From when you call me through after delivery, you will receive continuous support including physical support (comfort measures, position changes, etc.), emotional support and advocacy if needed.

  • 1 postpartum check in visit: A visit or phone call to check in with you and see how you are adjusting, provide any referrals you might need, and offer general support.
